At Alba Wellness Valley, you are invited into an exclusive journey which encompasses a healthy body, a sound mind and a tranquil spirit, using Alba natural hot spring as its core.

Alba natural hot spring was officially discovered in 1928 by prestigious French doctor Albert Sallet, who studied about thermo-mineral spring sources in South Vietnam. Before that time, it was often talked about by old people living in remote villages alongside the foot of Truong Son chain.

Analysis taken by French and Vietnamese geologists showed that Alba was a balanced mineral water, containing Calcium, Bicarbonate, Magnesium and other nutrition that is good for health and beauty and can be compared with some famous thermal mineral water sources in Europe.

The healing powers of hot springs have been used for thousands of years and have been widely accepted in Europe and Japan as natural treatment options for various common ailments, such as boosting blood circulation, reducing stress and promoting sleep, relieving pain and healing skin problems…

How to bath

The right way to take a bath at a hot spring is to wash yourself all over before the bath; douse yourself with warm water; bath a half body first to get used to the temperature of the hot spring; stay in the bath not too long; do not take a shower right after bathing; gently wipe yourself down before leaving the bathing area; drink plenty of water and do not forget to take a good rest.
